You cannot be on every product page. Lucy can.
Analucia is synonymous with exceptional diamonds. That reputation was built by being present, answering questions, earning trust one conversation at a time.
Lucy is a conversational host trained on your brand, your catalog, and your selling approach. She lives on your website and talks to visitors in real time. She is not a recording and not a script. She listens, answers, and moves people toward a consultation or a purchase.
Over time she becomes the familiar voice of the brand. Customers recognize her. She is always there, always representing your values.
What Lucy does
A customer lands on a product page. Lucy greets them and takes it from there.
She explains the piece, the materials, and the craftsmanship. She answers questions about pricing and lead times. She asks what the customer is looking for and suggests what fits. She builds confidence and moves the conversation toward a consultation or a purchase.
She is trained on your products, your price points, and your selling logic: which pieces complement each other, which are high value, which are entry points. She does not say things you would not say. She knows when to push and when to step back.
How we get her live
HopShop does the work. The Client's total time commitment is measured in hours, not weeks.
Choose the host
We create a replica of Analucia, or select from the HopShop library of professional hosts. The Client picks the face that represents the brand. If a replica is used, the Client confirms in writing that the person consents to the use of their likeness and voice.
Train the brand brain
We load the catalog and learn the products, the price points, and the stories. We encode the selling logic: complements, margins, entry points, and the lines that matter. This is the part that makes her Analucia's host rather than a generic jewelry seller.
Soft launch
Optional. We launch quietly to a dedicated page or a limited audience, watch real conversations, and refine before going wide.
Live
Lucy goes live on the agreed pages. HopShop monitors and optimizes in the background and reports monthly.
Included in the monthly fee
Every item below is part of the base package. Nothing here is billed separately.
Lucy, running
The trained host available on your homepage and site pages, with uptime monitoring and incident response handled by HopShop.
Conversations
Roughly 65 conversations a day. Usage is reported monthly and reviewed with you before it ever becomes a billing question.
Knowledge updates
New collections, price changes, and policy changes are loaded into Lucy's knowledge as part of the service. Integration takes a few days, then she speaks to it with confidence.
Monitoring and optimization
We read the conversations, find where she is succeeding and where she is missing, and adjust her knowledge, approach, and tone.
Performance dashboard
How many conversations, what people asked, where they went. Usage, trends, and engagement in one place.
Second host on product pages
A specialized host focused on collections and purchase intent. Adds $750 to setup and $200 to the monthly fee.
Two to three weeks from approval to live
| Stage | Window | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | Host and training | Host selection or replica capture, catalog load, selling logic encoded, first internal build reviewed |
| Week 2 | Review and soft launch | Client reviews and approves the host, private test link, optional soft launch to a limited audience |
| Week 2 to 3 | Live | Embed goes live on the agreed pages, monitoring begins, first optimization pass |
| Month 2 | Read the signal | Patterns are legible by week 2 to 3. By month 2 you know whether this is working for the business |
The timeline reflects HopShop's working pace and does not include Client-side review cycles. For each business day of delayed approval or delayed catalog access, the timeline extends accordingly.
You are protected
No overage surprises. This is how usage is handled in practice.
Limits are real, and we watch them for you
If usage is trending toward the monthly limit, HopShop tells the Client before it is reached and explains the options. The Client is never billed above the agreed tier without first agreeing to move.
Consistent overage means a tier conversation
If the Client consistently exceeds the limit, that is evidence the host is working. Moving to a higher tier is a conversation, not an automatic charge.
Normal fluctuation is absorbed
Usage up to 50 percent above the monthly average is absorbed by HopShop at no additional cost.
Seasonal peaks are handled in advance
Two weeks before a known peak such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or the holiday period, HopShop reaches out. The Client chooses a temporary tier upgrade for that period, or a one-time event allowance of $500 for an additional 5,000 conversations. Lucy stays online either way.
Data, ownership, and exit
What the Client provides
Catalog and product data, brand and selling context, approval of the host before go-live, placement of the embed on the agreed pages, and a single point of contact for the monthly review loop.
Ownership
The Client owns its brand content, product data, and any footage it supplies. HopShop owns the platform, the avatar technology, and the underlying models. The knowledge base and training built for the Client belong to the Client.
Data and consent
HopShop processes viewer interactions, including questions, session data, and transcripts, to operate and improve the host. No personally identifying viewer data is sold. The Client is responsible for the disclosures required on its own site, including that the host is AI, and for its cookie and privacy notices.
Confidentiality
Each side protects the other's confidential information and uses it only for this engagement. This clause survives termination.
Term and exit
The engagement runs month to month from go-live. Either side may end it with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable. On exit, HopShop hands over the knowledge base and training built for the Client. There is no lock-in.
Liability
HopShop makes no guarantee of specific sales outcomes. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses. HopShop's total liability under this agreement is capped at the fees actually paid in the preceding three months.
Publicity
HopShop may identify Analucia Beltran Diamonds as a client and include non-confidential work samples in its portfolio. Use of the Client's name, logo, or trademarks in press releases, campaigns, or case studies requires the Client's prior written approval, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
Questions you will have
How is Lucy different from a chatbot?
Chatbots follow scripts. Lucy is trained on your products, your values, and your selling approach, and she holds context across a conversation. The customer experience is closer to talking to a person on your team than to using a support widget.
What happens when products or collections change?
We update her knowledge as part of the monthly service. New collection, new pricing, new policy, new story. It takes a few days to integrate.
Can we test with a small audience first?
Yes. We can launch to a dedicated page or a specific segment, review real conversations, and expand once she is right.
What if she does not perform?
We optimize. We watch the conversations, find the gaps, and adjust her knowledge, approach, and tone. That work is included, not billed.
Can you connect her to our CRM or send follow-up emails?
Yes. Email capture, conversation routing to Slack, and CRM handoff are all buildable. They are quoted as an add-on before any work starts.
What if we stop working together?
The knowledge base and training belong to you. We hand over what we built. No lock-in and no exit fee.

She is an asset that grows with the business. New products, new channels, new opportunities. Lucy is there.
